Common questions

A few useful answers.

How to explore materials, prepare an inquiry and request documentation.

Can I order or pay on this website?

The website supports material and project inquiries. There is no online checkout or payment processing. Availability, specifications, pricing and delivery require separate confirmation.

How do I compare materials?

Use the compare control on a product card or detail page. Select two or three entries and open the comparison bar to review their reference identities and inquiry requirements.

How does the inquiry work?

Add materials, enter requested quantities and choose the documents you need. “Open email draft” prepares a message in your email app; send it from there to complete your inquiry. You can also copy the prepared text.

Your selection and form entries remain only in the current page session. Refreshing or closing the website can clear them.

Does RUO mean pharmaceutical grade?

No. Research use only is an intended-use restriction, not a pharmaceutical-grade designation. API project requirements must be assessed separately for the proposed material and manufacturing source.

Can I verify a batch here?

There is no connected public batch database. Use Quality & Documents to request records for a material and lot reference. Preparing a request is not batch verification.

Is a listed material in stock?

Catalog listings identify materials for inquiry. They do not indicate live stock. Ask for availability, the actual chemical form, batch specifications and lead time.

What if my peptide is not listed?

Use the Custom Peptides page to prepare a sequence or project brief. Feasibility and available capabilities will need confirmation.
